Submissions of Research papers and Works-in-progress papers

ICServ2015 calls for following paper types:

  • Full papers (Research papers), which are presenting interesting recent results or novel ideas on service researches.
  • Short papers (Works-in-progress papers), which are presenting interesting and exciting recent results or on-going research including case studies, or novel ideas on businesses.

All authors must submit the abstract (100-300 words) of their paper by January 18. Then all authors must submit full and short papers by February 28 using each template.

We encourage practitioners and researchers to submit Works-in-Progress as it provides a unique opportunity for sharing valuable ideas, eliciting useful feedback on early-stage work, and fostering discussions and collaborations among colleagues. All of accepted submissions will be presented as a regular paper presentation, workshops, or posters at the conference.

Format

Full paper submissions should follow the double column format of ICServ2015 with no less than 4 pages and no more than 8 pages. You can find a Microsoft Word template (please do not use LaTeX) below.

Short paper submissions allow the following two kinds of format, which should be (A). a text documentation file such as a word file, or (B). a presentation file such as Microsoft power point slides.

  • (A) a text documentation file, which should be the double column format of ICServ2015 without exceeding 4 pages including tables, figures, and references. You can find a Microsoft Word template (please do not use LaTeX) below.
  • (B) a presentation file, such as power point slides coping the abstract at the first page. You can find a Microsoft power point template below.

Publication

Accepted full papers and short papers (an abstract in the case of a presentation file) will be published on a single-volume conference PDF file.

If you are interested in submitting the INFORMS Service Science journal, please submit a full paper by Jan/31/2015 from the site above with a comment "ICServ2015" as well as submitting an abstract to ICServ2015 by Jan/18/2015. If the paper goes to journal process, then only the abstract will goes to ICServ proceedings.
